Every frame is made using the best corrosion protection system, and all steel components are post-production hot dip galvanized to the ASTM A-123 standard.
We use durable and heavy PVC-coated architectural membranes from proven suppliers for all Rubb structures. Many of our buildings can stand for 40+ years.
Builders design and make all buildings meet site-specific codes. These codes cover wind and snow loads.
Our membrane cladding is sealed and forms a weather-tight shell. It can be insulated, heated, or cooled as needed. All insulated structures are suited for dehumidified facilities.
The flexible membrane and steel framing allow for installation on uneven sites. These sites may be rocky or sloped. Buildings can withstand moderate foundation settlement.
PVC-coated polyester membrane does not propagate flame and meets the NFPA 701 and ASTM E-84 standards. When exposed to fire, our structures typically self-ventilate, allowing heat and smoke to escape.
