Rubb USA ready for Breakbulk Americas 2017

Breakbulk Americas is the largest exhibition of its kind in the Americas, bringing top-tier shippers together with breakbulk and project cargo service providers.


The Rubb USA team will be connecting with executives and other key desision makers from leading large-scale shipping compaines who are moving cargoes throughout the Americas to around the world.


Rubb will be joined at Breakbulk Americas by specialized ocean carriers, freight forwarders, ports/terminals, logistics providers, road, rail, barge and air transportation, export packers, equipment companies and more.


Conference sessions ran by industry experts will be held along side the exhibition over the three business packed days. Theres is also a numver of workshops where people can build their professional skills, which are designed for a variety of experience levels.

These durable, proper built structures provide storage solutions that allow for maximum flexibility with respect to multiple handling methods and configurations. Bulk storage projects



Silver and Baryte


Silver & Baryte (S & B) Industrial Minerals, North America, Inc. imports minerals for distribution in the eastern United States. S & B approached Rubb about their need to build a bulk storage facility for perlite in the Theodore (Mobile) Alabama area.







Hissong Development Corporation


Hissong Development Corporation, part of the Hissong Group of companies of Kennebunk, Maine, recently erected a Rubb structure at their bulk storage facility in South Portland, Maine as part of a commercial salt bagging operation.







Canton Port Services


Located on the Patapsco River, the new Rubb port storage structure, a 120′ x 700′ twin link BVE with a 16.4′ leg utilized a modified I-beam foundation with uplift pads and ground anchors.

Located along Portland Maine’s waterfront, Sprague Energy’s new climate controlled warehouse at the Merrill Marine Terminal is the crown jewel and seventh Rubb structure at this active port facility.
