The original project, a single span 100 ft wide x 300 ft long x 16.4 ft high BVE, was designed, engineered, and constructed by Rubb in 1994.
This is a great example of the longevity of a Rubb building with minimal maintenance, even in challenging port environments such as this one, which has endured salty ocean spray and storms for 27 years. Now, the port has a ‘new’ building that will serve them for many years to come.
