In the competitive world of commercial and military aviation, Rubb hangars provide major advantages over other structures. With spans of up to 300ft Rubb hangars protect aircraft and assets with efficiency, durability and proven fire safety. Rubb has partnered with many global airlines and respected A & E firms around the globe. Rubb’s patented Thermohall® insulation system is a highly efficient insulated cladding proven successful in locations exposed to extreme weather.

Extremely Low Lifetime Maintenance Costs
High-quality membrane materials and post-production galvanized welded frames deliver durability over time, making the cost of maintaining Rubb aircraft hangars more economical compared to conventional aviation hangars.

Bright, Efficient and Safe Working Environment
Translucent membranes allow natural daylight to illuminate the hangar workspace while the white roof surface reflects heat. Optional Thermohall® insulation minimizes heat transfer, prevents condensation and virtually eliminates thermal bridging and air infiltration.

Multiple Hangar Door Options
Rubb offers multiple hangar door solutions. They can be selected and designed to suit many opening requirements. This ensures that our aviation clients get the best option for their aviation building type, depending on operational needs.

Fast, Efficient Construction Times
Rubb aircraft hangars can be constructed, dismantled and relocated due to module pre-fabrication. Rubb can provide site supervisors or dedicated construction teams to complete any aviation project. Aircraft hangars are transportable by land, sea and air.

All Welded Fabrications Hot Dip Galvanized, Post Production
Rubb’s hot dip galvanized steel provides a consistent zinc finish on exposed and inside surfaces. Our buildings last longer because of this added protection, which is carried out post production.

Rubb Aircraft Hangars are Air Transportable for Quick Deployment
All framework, cladding and components of Rubb aircraft hangars can be packed into containers for transport by air to site locations, for rapid deployment and construction.

Customizable Features and Accessories
Aviation buildings can accommodate all types of door, ventilation and other systems and safely support high loads imposed by overhead cranes, ceiling-mounted HVAC and fire-suppression systems, fall-protection equipment and other superimposed loads.

Comprehensive Long-Term Service
Rubb personnel are on hand to provide help and support, from initial contact to quotation, installation and beyond. Rubb’s commitment to customer service continues after hangar project completion and forms the basis for long-term customer satisfaction.

Designed and Manufactured in the USA

Custom Hangar Solutions
Rubb will work with your team to provide the ideal solution for your hangar, MRO operation, Blast and Coat building or climate controlled air cargo warehouse. We take pride in understanding the needs of our aviation clients.
Fire Safety Advantages
Rubb aviation buildings offer significant fire safety advantages over other building types, including a lower risk of combustion, flashover and structural failure even in severe fire events. The PVC coated membrane will not propagate flame or sustain combustion when exposed to a fire. The Rubb structure is self-venting , allowing heat and smoke to escape.
