Delta Airlines Maintenance Repair and Overhaul hangar

 

Built in 2000 for United Airlines as an MRO hangar, the structure became a Delta maintenance hangar in 2008. The structure measures 255ft x 270ft x 30ft providing 68,850sqft of space for maintenance repairs and overhaul operations. the main hangar door features a Norco System, measuring 240ft wide x 50ft high.  A popular visual fixture at Logan, the hangar has hosted some notable events including being the drop off location for the New England Patriots private plane after Super Bowl victories and being the distribution center for medical supplies during the COVID crisis.
