David Nickerson is a Sanford, Maine native and resident and has worked for Rubb since its startup in 1983. His work experience at Rubb has included all phases of the operation from direct manufacturing and installation work to overall company management. His work in the early years of the company included both general management and sales responsibilities. As the company grew, his focus shifted predominantly to sales.


David became part owner of the company in 1984 when the company founder returned to Europe. He is a director of Rubb, Inc. and serves on several local boards including Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for SIS Bank, was past chair of the Sanford-Springvale YMCA, Goodall Hospital, and Southern Maine Healthcare. David also served two elected term years as Chair of Sanford's Finance Committee, has been active on the board of Sanford's Chamber of Commerce and coached in local youth sports leagues.

Marc is a native and resident of Saco, Maine and spent the early years of his career as a field superintendent in general contracting. Marc has a BS in Industrial Technology from the University of Maine and an AS in Construction Technology.


Marc oversees Rubb's field operations personnel and coordinates all construction activities including project subcontractors. Marc has been directly responsible for developing means and methods for installation of the largest and most complex of Rubb's projects.

Bob has thirty-five plus years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He has been with Rubb for twenty years and worked in all of the production areas. In his transition to Sales, he brought a wealth of knowledge and experience which has made him an invaluable member to the Rubb Sales Team. Bob has been in his sales position for ten years now and also fills the Rubb Customer Service Representative position.

Sean is originally from Windsor Locks, Connecticut and is now splitting time between there and Sanford, Maine. Sean joins the Rubb team with almost five year of fabric building industry experience.


His dedication to his clients, attention to detail, and passion for fabric buildings comes through in every project he works on. His creative yet methodical approach to building projects has produced some very unique structures and satisfied many customers. His experience with terminal, transloading, recycling, energy, and mining project have made him a great fit to head Rubb's Port and Environmental division.


In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife, their German Short Haired Pointer, downhill skiing, playing soccer, and various other activities.

Pierre is a native from Montreal, Quebec and continues to reside in Quebec. Pierre began his career in 1985 with a structural steel manufacturing company designing and building bulk material handling systems, responsible for both manufacturing operations and sales. In 1997 he took on the role of Vice President of sales for a large North American mineral processing company manufacturing roofing granules and industrial abrasives. In 2009 he accepted a position as Vice President to manage two Quebec based stevedoring companies and in 2012 he founded a consulting firm specialised in bulk material handling, project management and business development.


Pierre has over 25 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and in the industrial services sectors with a wealth of knowledge in mining, mineral processing, stevedoring and port terminal operations, bulk material handling and storage solutions, warehousing, rail logistics and in maritime shipping. He is fluently bilingual with a solid track record and reputation for building long-term sustainable business relationships in both Canadian and American markets. In 2014 Pierre joined the Rubb Group, with responsibilities to promote RUBB in Canada, to build RUBB product and brand awareness and to increase RUBB’s presence and sales in the Canadian market.
