Army Fleet Support Fort Rucker Army Base, AL Military Project

Rubb Building Systems and Cocoon, Inc. recently collaborated in the installation of a fixed-base maintenance hangar for Army Fleet Support.  Based at the Fort Rucker Army Base in Alabama, the hangar shall be used for training and maintenance of several type Helicopters. The structure  has a clear span width of 150' wide, utilizes a 134’ x 22’ Alamo Hangar Door System and two(2) Somatex two ton gantry cranes.  In addition, the hangar is fitted out with a high-expansion foam fire suppression system and a full modular lighting and electrical package.

 This structure was designed to a 12 psf live load, 110 mph wind speed with a 3 second gust and a 3 psf collateral.

Norwegian Defence Logistic Organization (FLO) Kosovo Military Project

Rubb delivered 3 Aircraft maintenance hangars 20m x 30m. These hangars were used in Kosovo by the Norwegian military and maintenance hangars for F-16 aircraft.

Rubb Delivered 2 Aircraft maintenance hangars 20m x 30m. These two hangars were assembled by Hallmaker-Rubb at Norwegian / German base in Mazar-i-Sharif, Afganistan.

Rubb delivered 7 Aircraft maintenance hangars 20m x 30m. These 7 hangars were delivered to FLO at Hensmoen, Norway.

Norwegian Defence Logistic Organization (FLO) Meymaneh, Faryab, Afghanistan Military Project

Rubb delivered 2 maintenance buildings 12m x 21m. These two buildings were assembled at Meymaneh by Hallmaker-Rubb personnel.

Rubb delivered 24 10m x 30m insulated Maintenence buildings including mechanical and electrical systems. These buildings were delivered to FLO in Norway and several of them subsequently deployed to Chad.
