Freetown Sierra Leone, West Africa Bulk Storage Project
Rubb has recently delivered two 20' x 40' THA Rubb shelters to Freetown, Sierra Leone. The shelters are equipped with two 11' x 11' Track Operated PVC Folding Doors and will be used for storage.

Rubb AS has recently delivered an Rubb Building to T.H. Christiansen AS at Gressvik. The building is an FX type and Rubb supplied a 4m wide x 3.65m high sliding steel door and an electric 3.7m by 3.65m door in the side of the building. The customer also purchased a standard Rubb lighting kit. The building is used for finished goods storage.

The Maine Department of Transportion's location in Fairfield, Maine was in need of a custom structure without gable ends to serve as a salt shed. The DOT decided to purchase a 60' x 83.3' NV structure with 9.84' sidewalls. The building also has a 20' x 20.9' overhead door in one gable end. The structure is designed to accommodate an 80 psf ground snow load and 90 mph wind speed with three second gust.

Rubb has recently supplied a Rubb Building type FX to Amdam Sag og Høvleri AS på Ørskog. The building is to be used as general storage and Rubb supplied this building as a turn-key project Rubb supplied the building, installation, door, ventilation system, lighting and concrete work. Amdam supplies products like industrial wood chippings, wood boards and related wood products. The company has recently invested NOK 3-4 million in new production equipment and have a capacity of approx. 5,000 m3 of timber.

Avinor at Bandak Airport, Lakselv have recently tanken delivery of a Rubb Building Type FX. Rubb has supplied the building with an electrically operated overhead door (4m x 6m) and with the Thermohall insulation system. The building is used as storage for sand and it was therefore erected on a 2m high concrete ring beam. This allows both higher storage height and a solid wall which front loaders can work against when unloading / loading sand. Avinor runs 46 airports in Norway, 12 in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence. They also run 3 air traffic control centres and all control towers at Norwegian airports.

Rubb AS has recently supplied two Rubb Buildings (type FX) to Knoks Bildeler AS in Sandnes, Norway. Rubb worked with the consulting company Teknaconsult AS which helped Knoks in the purchasing process. The buildings are insulated with the Rubb Thermohall U-10 system which gives a U-value of 0-36. The structures are mostly used to store used car components. Knoks Bildeler AS sell used car components to car workshops, garages, and directly to individuals nationwide. Their storage facility consists of approximately 30.000 used car components.
