Rubb AS has supplied an NV Type building measuring 20m wide x 39m long with 3m side walls to CCB Coast Base at Ågotnes outside Bergen. This structure, along with a similar building (20m x 33m type NV), has been rented out by Rubb to CCB Coast Base. The building is supplied with 2 folding doors which measure 5m x 5m which each have integrated personnel doors.
CCB is a coastal base for the Tampen area of the North Sea oil business. CCB offers a flexible terminal where customers can get complete logistics solutions. The base has a deep 800m long harbour to handle the largest of vessels. There is also a large terminal area and a Ro-Ro harbour. Machines and equipment are on hand to handle any type of goods both inside and outside. CCB also carries out customs clearance and general transport services.

Rubb geared up to deliver a military quad bike storage facility to DST Leconfield. Installation of the 20m x 20m NV building was completed at the site in June. The NV features 5m x 5m roller shutter doors at each gable end and will be used to store quad bikes.

Rubb Buildings Ltd worked with the main contractor Carillion to bring the facility to the Defence School of Transport at Normandy Barracks, near Beverley. Leconfield DST is the center of excellence for driver training and teaches up to 14,000 people every year to drive trucks, tanks and other military vehicles.
The NV type building comes from Rubb’s first range of trussed span structures. The design originated in Norway and the high arch of the roof makes this building ideal for bulk storage.

Bring Logistics, on the Island of Stord off Norway’s west coast, has recently rented a Rubb Building for general storage. This is an FX Type building insulated with the Rubb "Thermohall" system. The building measures 20m wide by 30m long with 6m side walls. Rubb also supplied a motorized roller door 4.5m high by 4.5m wide with an integrated personnel door. The building also features an emergency exit door at the other end of the building, lighting (approx. 350 lux), two air mixers and heating.
Bring Logistics is a complete transport and logistics supplier in Norway. The company is a result of the amalgamation of Nor-Cargo, Box Solutions, packages department of the Norwegian Post, and Nettlast AS. The company’s goal is to be the leading Nordic supplier of transport and logistics services.

Rubb AS has supplied an FX type storage building to Peder Halvorsen Industrier in Norway. This building is located at Øyestranda and measures 14m x 33m with a 4m sidewall. The customer had a special request for a white building and as Rubb always puts the customer first we naturally supplied what the customer wanted.

In 1842 Halvor Sørensen started a ship repair yard in Allègaten, Flekkefjord, Norway. He had come to Flekkefjord from the county of Telemark to carry out special work on the Lista Lighthouse. In time, his son Søren Halvorsen gradually took over the business, marking the start of a tradition in the company of management passing from father to son. In 1939, Halvor Sørensen’s great grandson Peder Halvorsen began to work in the company. Peder Halvorsens Industrier AS is a large supplier to the offshore market in Norway. The company is in the forefront on topics such as heat, steam, and pressure.

The structure is to be used as a storage building on the quay where they complete installations on ships that are built at the shipyard. The Havyard Group is a fully integrated ship building enterprise. They are a part of the strong maritime cluster on the west coast of Norway which has specialized in state-of-the-art offshore and fishing vessel technology. They have a strategy that the most technology focused part of the shipbuilding shall be done by companies within the group. The Havyard Group offers ship design, shipbuilding technology, ship equipment and systems and service to sailing ships world-wide. Rubb is proud to be able to supply our Thermohall concept to such a valued customer.

Rubb AS has supplied a Rubb Building type NV to Norgesbuss in Drøbak, Norway. The building is 10m wide x 18m long with 4m sidewall. The Building is to be used as a maintenance shop for Norgesbuss’ department in Drøbak. Rubb AS has also supplied a 79 kw diesel powered heater, 2 lights and a folding door with an integrated personnel door. The Rubb Building is also supplied with an inner skin to mitigate condensation and improve the insulation in the building.

This Rubb building uses the patented insulation system to ensure an environmentally friendly building at an economical price. The storage building is supplied to Bokn Plast AS which is a supplier of oil tanks, fat separators, oil separators and many other products related to the oil and fish farming industry. The Rubb "Thermohall" building is 30m wide x 50m long with 6m sidewall.

This is a Rubb Building type FX supplied to Stranda Prolog AS. This is a company that supplies the fisheries and fish farming industry in Norway from Averøy. Standa Prolog AS supplies vacuum pumping systems for salmon, trout and pelagic fish as well as fish/water separators for salmon, trout and pelagic fish. They also supply graders for live fish installed in well boats.
The Rubb building is 15m wide x 17.5m long with 6m sidewall. Due to high snow load the trusses are spaced at only 2.5 metres. Rubb AS supplied a motorized overhead door measuring 6.5m x 6m. We also supplied a manual door of 4m x 4m. The building is supplied with lighting, and connection to a heater. Due to the corrosive environment Rubb has also supplied an inner liner to ensure that the surface coating that goes on in the building does not damage the galvanizing.

Lillebø Sand & Transport is a company based in Oltedalen, Ålgård in Gjesdal Kommune in Norway. Rubb Hall AS have supplied a Rubbhall (type NV) which is 12m wide x 26m long with 4m side wall. Rubb supplied two 5m x 5m doors, one in each end. These are standard steel “Rubb doors” which we have designed and manufactured. These are robust folding doors that require very little maintenance. Lilleby Sand & Transport supply large quantities of sand and stone to the concrete industry in Rogaland (South West coast of Norway). They have a further two such facilities in the area. The Rubb building is used to dry sand before it is used for making concrete.

UCO AS is a large rental company with offices all over Norway. They rent our plant and machinery mainly for the construction related industry. Rubb Hall AS has recently rented their Bergen division a THA type Rubb shelter measuring 6m wide x 12m long with 3.35m side walls. This shelter is being used to cover a ventilation system on a roof of Vadmyra school in Bergen. Shelter was required when the whole ventilation system had to be replaced. This shelter was specially adapted to allow it to be lifted on to the roof of the school. The integrated foundation frame means the shelter is stable during lifting and allows easy anchoring when placed on the roof.
